ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUR CHARITABLE PURPOSE: SPECIFICALLY TO ASSIST THE ELDERLY/MEDICALLY ILL THAT CANNOT AFFORD THE CARE OF ASSISTED LIVING ONCE THEY ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SAFELY LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.

IN THIS PROGRAM WE ASSISTED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH FINDING ASSISTED LIVING OPTIONS THAT WERE SUITABLE FOR EACH GIVEN CASE BASED ON THE LEVEL OF CARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLIENT, THE PREFERRED LOCATION WHERE THE INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY WANTED TO BE, AND THE BUDGET THAT WAS AVAILABLE FOR PLACEMENT. BASED ON THESE CRITERIA, OPTIONS WERE SET UP, THE INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE TOURED, AND THE FACILITY WAS SELECTED BY THE FAMILY. THE CLIENT WAS THEN TRANSFERRED TO THE FACILITY AND CARED FOR 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
IN THIS PROGRAM WE ASSISTED UNDERFUNDED INDIVIDUALS WITH THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ASSISTED LIVING. THIS RANGED FROM ASSISTANCE WITH THE TRANSPORTATION, COVERING THE COST OF THE SPECIALITY MEDICATIONS, HELP PAYING FOR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, OR EVEN PAYING FOR ROOM AND BOARD AT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY. THIS PROGRAM CONSISTED OF ALL CHARITY FUNDING AND NO REVENUE WAS COLLECTED.
