EVCLF OWNS THE 3 GILBERT CHRISTIAN SCHOOL PROPERTIES AND MANAGES THE DEBT ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPERTIES. EVCLF RECEIVES MONTHLY LEASE PAYMENTS FROM THE 3 LLCS AND MAKES THE MONTHLY DEBT SERVICE PAYMENTS.
