A. GIFF FILM PROGRAM - GIFF SHOWCASES A MIX OF IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL FILMS AND Q&AS WITH FILMMAKERS. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE THE SOCIAL IMPACT FILM SERIES (JANUARY), THE JEWISH FILM SERIES (FEBRUARY), GOLDA, THE HILL, IT'S ONLY LIFE AFTER ALL, THE LOST WEEKEND: A LOVE STORY, OPPENHEIMER, SURVIVING SEX TRAFFICKING, THE STARLING GIRL, AND MANY OTHERS. ADDITIONALLY, GIFF SUPPORTS FILMMAKERS BY OFFERING THE BEST SOCIAL IMPACT FILM AWARD WHICH COMES WITH A $10,000 CASH PRIZE THAT WAS AWARDED TO LISA CORTES FOR LITTLE RICHARD: I AM EVERYTHING. B. GIFF INSPIRATION TALK & AWARD CEREMONY & CHARITABLE DONATION GIFF HONORS ARTISTS WITH AWARDS RELATED TO THEIR CAREER AND PHILANTHROPIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS. THIS YEAR'S INSPIRATION AWARD RECIPIENT WAS ACADEMY AWARD WINNER BRENDAN FRASER WHO RECEIVED THE AWARD AT GIFF'S INAUGURAL INSPIRATION TALK & AWARD CEREMONY. 200 PEOPLE ATTENDED THE EVENT WHICH WAS EMCEED BY HANNAH STORM AT THE VILLAGE. GIFF DONATED $50,000 TO ABILIS FROM OUR ANNUAL PROCEEDS.C. #MAKEANIMPACT AWARD CEREMONY GIFF HOSTED A NUMBER OF PANEL EVENTS, BUT ONE IN PARTICULAR DREW HUNDREDS OF YOUTH FROM OUR COMMUNITY AND BEYOND. THE #MAKEANIMPACT AWARD WENT TO ACTOR RUDY PANKOW FOR PORTRAYING A TEENAGER FROM A TROUBLED HOME WHO DEALS WITH ABUSE FROM HIS FATHER. GIFF PRESENTED THE AWARD TO HIM AT THE ARCH STREET TEEN CENTER TO AN AUDIENCE OF 300 TEENAGERS AND THEIR PARENTS. IT INCLUDED A Q&A WITH CHARLES THORP, EDITOR OF MEN'S JOURNAL.
