THE MISSION IS TO RELIEVE THE DAILY STRUGGLES OF HOMEBOUND CANCER PATIENTS WITH A FRESH CHEF-INSPIRED MEAL AND A FRIENDLY FACE. OUR VISION IS TO ELEVATE THE LIVELIHOOD OF OUR PATRONS WITH THE JOY OF CULINARY SUSTENANCE.

FOR NEARLY A DECADE, THE JOY BUS HAS DELIVERED MUCH MORE THAN MEALS. OUR HOME DELIVERY FOOD PROGRAM HAS GROWN FROM ITS START AS A ONE-WOMAN OPERATION SERVING TWO PATIENTS TO NOW SERVING 75 PATIENTS PER WEEK THROUGHOUT THE PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA INCLUDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS LIKE PHOENIX CANCER SUPPORT NETWORK. IN 2020, THE JOY BUS DELIVERED OVER 2700 MEALS TO PEOPLE WITH CANCER AND THEIR HOME CAREGIVERS AND WE WERE OVERJOYED TO REACH OVER 10,000 MEALS SERVED AS AN ORGANIZATION.
