CONNECT - DSDN HOSTS ANNUAL RETREATS FOR MOMS AND DADS (SEPARATELY) OF CHILDREN WITH DOWN SYNDROME TO ALLOW THEM TO CONNECT, BE INSPIRED, RECHARGE, AND GIVE BACK TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THROUGH VOLUNTEER PROJECTS. THE RETREATS ARE A 2 DAY EVENT WITH MEALS INCLUDED, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS, BREAKOUT DISCUSSION SESSIONS, PAMPERING SESSIONS, AND BONDING ACTIVITIES. REVENUE LISTED ABOVE INCLUDES REGISTRATION FEES, EXHIBIT FEES, TSHIRT SALES, BOOK SALES, AND RETREAT SPONSORSHIPS.
