IT SEEKS TO EXPAND THE POOL OF LOCAL COMMUNITY ACTIVISTS THROUGH EDUCATION ABOUT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AND BY DEVELOPING MECHANISMS TO HELP EASE THE PATH FROM INTENT TO ACTION. IT IS A NETWORK THAT FOSTERS SERVICE, ADVOCACY AND SOCIAL CONNECTIONS. IT IS AN ISSUED-ORIENTED ORGANIZATION WELCOMING ALL WHO WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

DURING 2021, THEY COLLECTED MORE THAN $607,250 THAT WAS PASSED OUT TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.NAPA VALLEY CANDO OVERSEES THE COLLECTION OF FOOD DONATIONS FROM THE VARIOUS NEIGHBORHOOD SIX TIMES A YEAR.NAPA VALLEY CANDO IS ACTIVE IN THE PRODUCTION OF FRESH PRODUCE USED AT THE FOOD BANK DURING THE YEAR.
