OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE BEDROCK GARDENS AND OFFER STIMULATING PROGRAMMING TO ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY AND GROW THE SUPPORT NEEDED TO PRESERVE AND OPERATE IT AS A PUBLIC GARDEN. OUR VISION IS FOR BEDROCK GARDENS TO BE A DYNAMIC PUBLIC GARDEN AND CULTURAL CENTER, OFFERING A UNIQUE GARDEN EXPERIENCE, CULTURAL EVENTS, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, THAT CELEBRATES NATURE, GARDENING AND THE CREATIVE ARTS.

OPEN GARDEN DAYS - THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO VISIT AND LEARN ABOUT PLANTS IN THE GROUND, HORTICULTURE, NATURE, FAUNA, GARDEN ELEMENTS OF DESIGN, ECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT, POLLINATORS, EDIBLE LANDSCAPES, AND THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE. OPEN DAYS ESTABLISH A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, AND MEMBERS OF LOCAL AND DISTANT COMMUNITIES CAN VISIT, RELAX, MEET FRIENDS, EXPERIENCE THE AMBIENCE, AND HAVE LIFE CELEBRATION EVENTS.
EDUCATION - WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING DIRECT HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE (SUCH AS OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH UNH'S HORTICULTURAL PROGRAMS), CLASSES FOR CREDIT (SUCH AS GRANITE STATE'S OLLI PROGRAM), CLASSES THAT WE SPONSOR (OUR YEARLY CATERPILLAR LAB, WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS, ETC.), AND OUR GARDEN GUIDE LED TOURS OF THE PROPERTY.
