THE CONSORTIUM FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (CLD) HAD ANOTHER EXTRAORDINARY YEAR OF EQUIPPING, EXPOSING, EMPOWERING, AND ENABLING HIGH-POTENTIAL INDIVIDUALS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. IN ADDITION TO THE CONCLUSIVE, RESULTS-ORIENTED LEARNING MODULES THAT HAVE GARNERED NATIONAL ATTENTION, CLD ALSO LAUNCHED THE YOUTH INITIATIVE TO DELIVER CHARACTER EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TO UNDER-SERVED POPULATIONS AT THE MIDDLE-SCHOOL, HIGH-SCHOOL, AND COLLEGIATE LEVELS. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, A TOTAL OF 204 STUDENTS WERE EDUCATED, EXPOSED, AND ENCOURAGED THROUGH PERSONAL AND PURPOSEFUL INTERACTIONS WITH GRADUATES OF THE ACCLAIMED CLD LEADERS PROGRAM. AS SUCH, CLD HAS EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTED A MULTI-LEVEL MENTORING APPROACH THAT SPANS FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL TO SEASONED PROFESSIONALS. MOREOVER, IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS IMPERATIVE OF DEVELOPING DIVERSE LEADERS WHO CAN SOLVE PROBLEMS, CREATE OPPORTUNITIES, AND MANAGE CONTINUOUS CHANGE, CLD HAS TRAINED IN EXCESS OF 394 PROFESSIONALS THROUGH THE FOLLOWING VEHICLES AS A SOURCE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING, GROWTH, AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AT-LARGE COMMUNITY: LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUMS "HOW TO PIVOT & PARLAY YOUR WAY TO THE TOP?" "HOW TO ARRIVE, SURVIVE, AND THRIVE IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT?" LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES DARE TO DREAM & ACHIEVE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE CLIMBING THE LADDER OF SUCCESS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE CLD IS TRULY SHIFTING PARADIGMS AND CHANGING THE TRAJECTORY OF LEADERSHIP IN ST.
