ON ACCOUNT OF THE PANDEMIC, THE NON- DETAINED COURTS ACROSS THE US CLOSED IN MARCH 2020 AND REMAIN CLOSED AS OF MAY 2021. FILINGS ARE ACCEPTED AND CASES CAN BE DISMISSED OR TERMINATED BASED ON ACTIONS MADE BY USCIS- DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. FILED VARIOUS IMMIGRATION COURT FILINGS IN THE "CLOSED" NON DETAINED COURTS FOR REPRESENTING A VARIETY OF ISSUES; THESE MOTIONS WERE FOR INDIVIDUALS FROM ETHIOPIA, TOGO, VENEZUELA, CAMEROON, NIGERIA, MEXICO, EL SALVADOR AND PAKISTAN. ALL MASTER HEARINGS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR 2019 OR 2020 HAVE NOW BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR EITHER 2021 OR 2022. PROCESSED 6 WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND 4 I485 APPLICATIONS.
