BRIGHTER CHILDREN (BC) FINDS AND FUNDS SCHOOLS IN THE MOST IMPROVERISHED COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRIMARY EDUCATION TO VULNERABLE, DESERVING CHILDREN.BC SPONSORED 559 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, DELIVERED 735K EDUCATIONAL HOURS, AND PROVIDED 151K MEALS TO ITS FOUR PARTNER SCHOOLS IN KENYA, HONDURAS, COLOMBIA, AND INDIA. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE A PATHWAY OUT OF EXTREME POVERTY.VILLAGE PROJECT AFRICA IS A KENYAN-LED SCHOOL THAT SERVES THE MAKUTANO COMMUNITY. BC SPONSORS THE EDUCATION OF 200 STUDENTS, ALL OF WHOM BOARD AT SCHOOL DUE TO UNSAFE HOME SITUATIONS OR FOOD INSTABILITY. ONE THOUSAND SCHOOLS (STUDENTS HELPING HONDURAS) SERVES THE VILLA SOLEADA COMMUNITY, ONCE CONSIDERED THE MOST VIOLENT SLUM IN THE COUNTRY, WITH A 0% HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATE, THE SCHOOL NOW ENROLLS 280 STUDENTS, 150 OF WHOM ARE SPONSORED BY BC. THE SCHOOL EMPLOYS 60+ COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND CELEBRATED ITS SECOND HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION. OASIS OF HOPE ENROLLS 300 PRIMARY STUDENTS, 100 OF WHOM ARE SPONSORED BY BC, AND IS LOCATED IN SANTA MARTA, COLOMBIA. A SCHOOL THAT STARTED WITH CLASSES HELD UNDER THE SHADE OF A TREE NOW HAS GRADUATES IN HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITIES.CITTA'S RAJKUMARI RATNAVATI GIRLS SCHOOL IS BC'S MOST RECENT PARTNER. IT OPENED ITS DOORS IN 2022 AND PROVIDES QUALITY EDUCATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND NUTRITION TO THE GIRLS OF JAISALMER FROM BELOW-POVERTY-LINE FAMILIES AT NO COST. BC SPONSORS 109 GIRLS AT CITTA.
