STRONGMINDS IS A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE THAT RADICALLY EXPANDS MENTAL HEALTHCARE FOR PEOPLE WITH DEPRESSION GLOBALLY.OUR PROVEN, COST-EFFECTIVE MODEL IS BASED ON GROUP INTERPERSONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY, WHICH WE PROVIDE FREE OF CHARGE.SINCE OUR FOUNDING IN 2013, WE HAVE EMBARKED ON INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO DELIVER THIS THERAPY MODEL AT SCALE. IN 2023 WE TREATED 239,672 PEOPLE WITH DEPRESSION IN UGANDA, ZAMBIA, KENYA, NIGERIA, AND ETHIOPIA AND CONTINUED A PILOT PROJECT TO TEST OUR MODEL IN THE UNITED STATES.
