IN 2022, JOSHPROVIDES RECEIVED 1,126 INQUIRIES FOR INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, MORE THAN DOUBLE THE 660 INQUIRIES RECEIVED IN 2021. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO AWARD 275 GRANTS TO 190 INDIVIDUALS TOTALING $91,968. THESE GRANTS INCLUDED: SIX (6) SEIZURE RESPONSE DOGS; SEVENTY-SEVEN (77) SEIZURE ALERT AND DETECTION DEVICES INCLUDING THE FDA APPROVED EMBRACE2 WATCH, EMFIT MOVEMENT MONITOR AND SAMI3 MOTION VIDEO ALARM; FIFTY-ONE (51) MEDICAL SERVICES GRANTS FOR MRI AND EEG TESTING, COOLING VESTS, HELMETS AND DOCTOR VISITS FOR THE TREATMENT OF SEIZURES; AND ONE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE (141) TRANSPORTATION GRANTS FOR CLIENTS TO GET TO THEIR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS.
