ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING THE SUNFLOWER GLIDERPORT FOR USE IN THE SPORT OF SOARING AND ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC FOR GENERAL AVIATION AIRCRAFT.
