THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE PATIENT-FOCUSED MODEL OF HEALTHCARE, NAUHC PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY INTEGRATED CARE. WE HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE APPROACH FOCUSED ON WELLNESS AND PREVENTIONWHICH IS ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE.

PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PRIMARY SERVICES TO THOSE WHO LACK ACCESS; IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND LINGUISTIC, BARRIERS TO SEEKING HEALTHCARE. CLINIC PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE SERVICES 5 DAYS A WEEK. TOTAL PATIENT ENCOUNTERS IN 2020 WAS 1,405 UNDERINSURED OR NON-INSURED PATIENTS.
APH MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM INCLUDED THE EXPANSION OF THE CLINIC TO OFFER MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING CONTRACTING WITH A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL AND OFFERING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.
