THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS PRIMARILY TO EMPOWER AND EMBRACE AFRICAN AMERICAN FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY BY RECLAIMING, RESTORING, AND REVITALIZING CULTURAL HERITAGE, VALUES AND IDENTITY. THIS INCLUDES THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF PLACES WHERE PEOPLE CONVENE, CONNECT AND CELEBRATE THE ESSENCE OF THEIR COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT HEALING TO CREATE PROSPEROUS VIBRANT LIVES. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE PROVISION OF AFRO-CENTRIC PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT FOCUS ON YOUTH, FAMILY, ART, CULTURE, AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS OF ALL AGES, ETHNICITIES, AND NATIONALITIES. ADDITIONALLY, THIS ORGANIZATION MAY ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT ARE REASONABLY RELATED TO OR IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS STATED CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
