THE ORGANIZATION SURPASSED 16,000 SERVICES PROVIDED DURING THE YEAR. A NEW WEBSITE WAS PUBLISHED AND TRANSLATION OF 39 LANGUAGES IS AVAILABLE. VIRTUAL OFFERINGS EXPANDED THROUGH WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS AND LIVE STREAM SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS. MODERN WIDOWS CLUB (MWC) NOW OFFERS ART, BOOK, DATING, PARENTING, AND TRAVEL CLUBS WHICH SERVED OVER 400 WIDOWS IN 2021. THE FOURTH ANNUAL WIDOW EMPOWERMENT EVENT WAS HELD LIVE IN HOUSTON AND ATTENDED BY 150 WIDOWS. WIDOW EMPOWERMENT SCHOOL OF THOUGHT (WESOT), A CURRICULUM AND EDUCATIONAL DIVISION WAS CREATED AND PROVIDES SELF-PACED ONLINE OPPORTUNITIES. THREE NEW LEADER ADVOCATE TRAINING SESSIONS WERE HELD DURING 2021 AND 92 MWC COMMUNITY ADVOCATES ARE CURRENTLY SERVING WIDOWS AROUND THE GLOBE, BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON. NUMEROUS WEBINARS, PODCASTS, AND NEW LOCAL CHAPTERS WERE DEVELOPED DURING THE YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO COLLECT AND ANALYZE DATA FROM SERVICE RECIPIENTS.
