PROVIDED PEER RECOVERY SUPPORTSERVICES TO 387 NEW UNDUPLICATED INDIVIDUALS IN 2021. DEVELOPED MOUS WITH MULTIPLE AGENCIES TOPROVIDE RECIPROCAL SERVICES THAT INCLUDE MOBILE OUTREACH, HARM REDUCTION SUPPORT, AND FIELDCOACHING TO INDIVIDUALS THAT USE SUBSTANCES INTRAVENOUSLY AND MAY BE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS ORHOUSING INSTABILITY.
