THE MISSION OF THE OKCFJC IS TO PROVIDE PROTECTION, HOPE AND HEALING TO THOSE IMPACTED BY DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE IN THE OKLAHOMA CITY COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A CENTRALLY LOCATED FACILITY WHICH CO-LOCATES AND COORDINATES SERVICES IN OUR COMMUNITY.

DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE SERVICES - OKLAHOMA CITY'S FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER (OKCFJC) IS A COMPREHENSIVE, MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SERVICE MODEL WHERE PROFESSIONALS COME TOGETHER UNDER ONE ROOF TO PROVIDE COORDINATED SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE. AGENCIES INCLUDE: LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROSECUTORS, MEDICAL ADVOCACY, CIVIL/LEGAL, MENTAL HEALTH AND MORE. A WIDE ARRAY OF SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR SURVIVORS AND THEIR CHILDREN INCLUDING: CRISIS INTERVENTION, SAFETY PLANNING, THERAPY, FORENSIC EXAMS, INVESTIGATIONS, LEGAL REPRESENTATION, PET ADVOCACY, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT GROUPS AND MORE.
CAMP HOPE AMERICA PALOMAR IS PART OF A NATIONWIDE CAMPING AND MENTORING INITIATIVE, AND IS AN EVIDENCE-BASED AND CURRICULUM-BASED MODEL FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE WITNESSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OTHER TYPES OF ADVERSITY AND TRAUMA. CAMP HOPE IS FOR CHILDREN AGES 7-17 YEARS OF AGE AND IS HELD FOR ONE WEEK EVERY SUMMER. CAMP HOPE PROGRAMMING ALSO INCLUDES MONTHLY GATHERINGS FOR CAMPERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THE COUNSELORS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
