PROVIDING EDUCATION ON EMISSION REDUCTION STRATEGIES TO BE IMPLEMENTED ACROSS A WIDE RANGE OF PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE STATE, AS WELL AS EDUCATION AND INFORMATION ON WAYS TO MANAGE PERSONAL HEALTH DURING POOR AIR QUALITY EPISODES.
PROVIDING FUNDING TO BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES TO INSTALL ENVIRONMENTALLY EFFICIENT EQUIPMENT, CONVERT FLEET VEHICLES, AND IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY THAT ENHANCES BUILDING EFFICIENCY, OR OTHER PROVEN TECHNOLOGY OR STRATEGIES THAT REDUCE OR ELIMINATE AIR POLLUTION EMISSIONS.
