ADDITIONALLY, NCLA SEEKS THE ACCEPTANCE OF ALL HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES TO THE COLLEGES OF THEIR CHOICES BY UNLOCKING THEIR SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, AND CITIZENSHIP POTENTIAL THROUGH THEIR EMPOWERMENT IN A PARTICIPATIVE LEADERSHIP ROLE WITHIN THE ACADEMY, ITS COMMUNITY, AND THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
