THE KINDEZI SCHOOL (THE "SCHOOL") IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PUBLIC EDUCATION OF ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING ITS SCHOOLS. THE SCHOOL WAS CREATED THROUGH A CONTRACT (CHARTER) BETWEEN ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND THE SCHOOL WHEREBY ALL STATE FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH THE STUDENTS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL AND CERTAIN SPECIFIED LOCAL FUNDS ARE TURNED OVER TO THE SCHOOL TO COVER THE COST OF ITS OPERATIONS. KINDEZI OPERATES THREE SCHOOLS: THE KINDEZI SCHOOL AT WEST LAKE, THE KINDEZI SCHOOL AT OLD FOURTH WARD, AND THE KINDEZI SCHOOL AT GIDEONS. ALL THREE SCHOOLS ARE LOCATED IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA, PROVIDING EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 7TH GRADE.
