THE CENTER PROVIDES A SAFE, NURTURING AND AFFIRMING ENVIRONMENT WHERE LOCAL YOUTHS CAN EASILY ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE THEIR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, OBTAIN POSITIVE SOCIAL REINFORCEMENT, LEARN HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, AND BECOME LEADERS IN THEIR COMMUNTIY.
