THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO MAKE IMPROVEMENT AND RENOVATIONS TO THE EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE ON THE ISLAND TO SUPPORT ITS SCIENTIFIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND RESEARCH, WHICH CURRENTLY HAS THE CAPACITY TO SUPPORT 60 PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS DAILY, INCLUDING HURRICANE ISLAND FOUNDATION EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT STAFF. THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERS PROGRAMMING FOR ALL AGES, INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS, SCIENCE AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND OTHER CUSTOM PROGRAMMING FOR GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
