FLEURISH ECOSPACES HIRES MARGINALIZED INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN WORK TRAINING PROGRAMS. ECOSCAPES HIRES PEOPLE RETURNING FROM INCARCERATION. WE DEVELOP JOB SKILLS, MENTORING, AND GIVE SPIRITUAL DISCIPLESHIP IN THE PROGRAM TO HELP RETURN THEM TO THE GENERAL WORKFORCE.
FLEURISH PRINTING HIRES AT RISK TEENS TO PARTICIPATE IN WORK TRAINING PROGRAMS. FLEURISH PRINTING HIRES AT RISK TEENS AND DEVELOPS JOB SKILLS ALONG WITH MENTORING AND SPIRITUAL DISCIPLESHIP TO GROW THEM AS AN INDIVIDUAL.
