IN 2021, KHCN CONTINUED ITS WORK TO SUPPORT MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREAS OF INCREASING PATIENT ENGAGEMENT, SECURING PROTECTING HEALTH INFORMATION, DECREASING PROVIDER BURDEN, IMPROVING DATA ANALYSIS, INCREASING TELEHEALTH SERVICES, AND USING SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH DATA IN CARE PLANNING. GOALS WERE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH TRAININGS, PEER TEAM MEETINGS, AND PROVIDING TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT THIS WORK. KHCN SUPPORTED MEMBER HEALTH CENTERS IN 2021 THROUGH HOSTING PEER TEAM MEETINGS, SHARING IMPORTANT RESOURCES ON TOPICS OF INTEREST, PROVIDING SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENTS, EHR OPTIMIZATION SERVICES, VIRTUAL CIO SERVICES, AND VARIOUS WEBINARS TO HELP MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS DEAL WITH CONTINUED IMPACTS OF COVID-19.
