THE CORPORATION IS ESTABLISHED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT SERVESTHE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH COGNIZANT AND DEVELOPMENTALOPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS. IT SHALL BEOPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THEMEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE RANGE OFCHALLENGES ADDRESSED BY OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDES PERVASIVE DEVELOPMENTALCHALLENGES NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ATYPICAL.
