THE CORPORATION IS ESTABLISHED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT SERVES THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH COGNIZANT AND DEVELOPMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS. IT SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE RANGE OF CHALLENGES ADDRESSED BY OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDES PERVASIVE DEVELOPMENTAL CHALLENGES NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ATYPICAL.
