SEVENTH CIRCUIT CASA PROGRAM RECRUITS, TRAINS, AND SUPERVISES VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE IN COURT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN. THE GOAL OF THE CASA PROGRAM IS TO HAVE A VOICE IN COURT FOR EVERY CHILD WHO NEEDS ONE.
