IMPROVEMENT OF LANDLORD - TENANT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION. THE ASSOCIATION HAS OVER 289 MEMBERS WHO CAN NETWORK AND OBTAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION BY ATTENDING EDUCATION PROGRAMS PROVIDED AT MONTHLY MEETINGS AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES PRESENTED THROUGH SEMINARS HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
THE ASSOCIATION MONITORS LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL RENTAL INDUSTRY ISSUES, TAKING AN ACTIVE ROLE WHENEVER NECESSARY.
