PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO WESTERN DAKOTA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND ITS STUDENTS IN ORDER TO ALLOW THEM TO COMPLETE THEIR EDUCATION. GRADUATES OF WESTERN DAKOTA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND BEHAVIORS NEEDED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY AND BUILD A STRONGER ENCOMY.
