WE ARE COMMITTED TO HELPING ALL PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE PERSONAL CHANGE, IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE, RECOVER FROM ADDICTION AND TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND ASSIST WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE, CULTURALLY SENSITIVE, SAFE AND EMPATHIC ENVIRONMENT.

OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES SPECIFICALLY DEALING WITH ADDICTION IN COMMUNITIES IN THE SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL BLACK HILLS. WE PROVIDE EARLY INTERVENTION, OUTPATIENT, AND INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES. WE CURRENTLY HAVE OFFICES LOCATED IN HOT SPRINGS, CUSTER, AND RAPID CITY, SD. WE HAVE STARTED WORKING WITH THE STATE OF SD AGENCIES TO OFFER PROGRAMS FOR LOCAL YOUTH. IN THE PAST YEAR WE HAVE SERVED 1000 INDIVIDUALS, BOTH ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS.
