RESIDENTIAL FACILITY- A 24 HOUR LIVING FACILITY FOR ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE/DEPENDENCE AND CO-OCCURING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT USING THE THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY TREATMENT MODEL. PROGRAM MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN UP TO 42 HOURS OF TREATMENT PROGRAMMING A WEEK , TO INCLUDE: INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, AND FAMILY THERAPY WITH LICENCED MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE PROFESSIONALS. PROGRAM MEMBERS HAVE INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANS WOTH GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND TIME FRAMES GEARED TOWARD EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES FREE FROM SUBSTANCE USE,ON THEIR ROAD TO RECOVERY.
FOSTER CARE & EMERGENCY FOSTER CARE PROGRAMS- THIS PROGRAM IS FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO LIVE WITH PARENTS DUE TO ISSUES OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR WHOSE UNCONTROLLABLE BEHAVIOR CANNOT BE MITIGATED BY PARENTS IN THE HOME SETTING. NOVA SERVED 154 CHILDREN AND WAS ABLE TO PLACE 71 IN KINSHIP HOMES. ADDITIONALLY, THE NOVA'S IN-HOME SERVICES PROGRAM IS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THAT ARE RE-UNITED OR WORKING TOWARD REUNIFICATION. NOVA SERVED 16 CHILDREN THROUGH PARENTING TIME AND 14 FAMILIES THROUGH FAMILY SUPPORT.
