READY, SPARK, KINDERGARTEN IS A 30-WEEK ARTS EDUCATION (DANCE AND MUSIC) KINDERGARTEN READINESS PROGRAM THAT TEACHES CONCEPTS RELATED TO ACADEMIC BENCHMARKS AND SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING IN EVERY AKRON PUBLIC SCHOOL PREK CLASSROOM.
DYNAMITE DUOS IS AN ARTS EDUCATION DANCE AND MUSIC PROGRAM THAT PAIRS STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES WITH THEIR SAME AGED PEERS. THE PROGRAM TAKES PLACE DURING THE SCHOOL DAY IN THE AKRON PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND CULMINATES IN AN END OF THE YEAR PERFORMANCE.
THE 3RD GRADE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM SERVES EVERY 3RD GRADER IN THE CUYAHOGA FALLS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR 28 WEEKS OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. THE PROGRAM TEACHES DANCE AND MUSIC AND UNDERSCORES AN ACADEMIC SUBJECT AREA EACH YEAR. THAT SUBJECT AREA BECOMES THE BASIS FOR THE CULMINATING PERFORMANCE.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE POP UP DANCE CLASSES AT PUBLIC LIBRARIES IN THE AKRON AREA, TNT PROGRAMING, AND ADVANCED TRAINING FOR ALUMNI STUDENTS.
