SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM INCLUDE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, INDIVIDUAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT, WELLNESS MANAGEMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES. FOR MEDICAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, CLIENTS RECEIVE SUPPORT IN TAKING THEIR MEDICATIONS, INCREASE UNDERSTANDING OF THE BENEFITS OF MEDICATION AND MONITOR CLIENTS SYMPTOMS. FOR INDIVIDUAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT, CLIENTS RECEIVE TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, PROBLEM SOLVING, DECISION MAKING AND OTHER SPECIFIC NEEDS. FOR WELLNESS MANAGEMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES, CLIENTS DEVELOP GOALS FOR RECOVERY, MANAGE MENTAL HEALTH AND OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES.


FLOCKS GUARDIANS PROVIDES SERVICES FOR THE WI HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BY DISTRIBUTING AND ACCEPTING CLIENTS APPLICATIONS. EMPLOYEES REVIEW APPLICATIONS FOR ACCURACY AND ENTER INTO THE HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO GET FUNDS FOR THEIR HEATING AND ELECTRICITY NEEDS.


SERVICES PROVIDED FOR FAMILY CARE CONSIST OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE, DAILY LIVING SKILLS, AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING. FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, CLIENTS INCOME AND EXPENSES ARE MANAGED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO ENSURE THERE IS SUFFICIENT FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR NEEDS. FOR SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE, CLIENTS ARE ASSISTED WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS EATING, BATHING, DRESSING, ETC. FOR DAILY LIVING SKILLS, CLIENTS ARE TAUGHT SKILLS FOR DAILY LIVING AND INCREASED INDEPENDENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY SUPPORT LIVING IS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT FOR CLIENTS LIVING IN AN UNLICENSED SETTING.


THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO PRIVATE PAY CLIENTS AND MONROE COUNTY. PRIVATE PAY SERVICES INCLUDE REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE AND GUARDIANSHIP. MONROE COUNTY SERVICES INCLUDE DAILY LIVING SKILLS.
