THE RUSSIAN AMERICAN CHILDRENS FOUNDATION (RACF), FOUNDED IN 2012 AS RUSFOND USA, IS A U.S. BASED CHILDRENS CHARITY ESTABLISHED TO HELP RUSSIAN CHILDREN WITH RARE, OFTEN DEADLY, DISEASES BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

UPON ACCEPTANCE OF A RUSSIAN CHILD (PATIENT) TO A US HOSPITAL, RACF WILL HELP PROVIDE FOR THE COST OF BRINGING THE CHILD AND HIS OR HER PARENT OR GUARDIAN FROM RUSSIA TO THE UNITED STATES, WILL MEET THE CHILD UPON ENTRY TO THE US, WILL ARRANGE HOUSING IN THE US AS WELL AS TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOSPITAL OR TREATMENT FACILITY. IN ADDITION, WILL RAISE FUNDS TO COVER THE COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION, FOOD, HOUSING, MEDICAL EVALUATION AND TESTING, HOSPITALIZATION, AND OTHER MEDICAL SERVICES NEEDED TO TREAT THE CHILD'S RARE, POSSIBLY DEADLY, CONDITION.
