THE ARTS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF CAMBODIAN LIVING ARTS - ACTIVITIES WITHIN THIS PROGRAM ARE DIRECTLY RELATED TO DEVELOPING ARTS. THIS INCLUDES CREATING ART AND PRESENTING IT TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH PERFORMANCES, FESTIVALS OR WORKSHOPS, AND TRAINING PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE ARTS, SUCH AS ARTISTS, ARTS MANAGERS, AND TECHNICAL STAFF.
KNOWLEDGE, NETWORKS AND POLICY - THIS CAMBODIAN LIVING ARTS PROGRAM HELPS TO CONNECT PEOPLE WORKING IN CULTURE AND ARTS, BOTH WITHING CAMBODIA AND WITH RELEVANT NETWORKS OUTSIDE CAMBODIA. IT AIMS TO DEVELOP AND SHARE IDEAS AND INFORMATION RELATED TO ARTS IN CAMBODIA, AND TO LINK ARTS TO OTHER SECTORS AND ISSUES. WE TAKE PART IN DIALOGUE WITH THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR.
MEKONG CULTURAL HUB EMPOWERS DIVERSE CULTURAL PRACTITIONERS TO BRING TO LIFE THEIR VISIONS FOR AN INCLUSIVE, SUSTAINABLE MEKONG REGION. MEKONG CULTURAL HUB (MCH) WORKS WITH PEOPLE WHOSE OWN WORK IS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ARTS AND SOCIETY. WE INITIATE PROJECTS AND WORK ON COLLABORATIONS ALL AROUND ASIA. OUR PRIORITY FOCUS COUNTRIES ARE CAMBODIA, LAOS, MYANMAR, TAIWAN, THAILAND AND VIETNAM. SINCE 2018, WE HAVE CONNECTED MORE THAN 150 PRACTITIONERS FROM THE REGION FOR PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGE, CO-CREATION AND COLLABORATION.
