ROOSTER WALK INC IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT ORGANIZES AND ASSEMBLES MUSIC FESTIVALS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT, ARTS AND CRAFTS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN MULTIPLE VENUES TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROVIDE AN INSTRUMENT REPAIR PROGRAM FOR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AS WELL AS FOR VARIOUS OTHER LOCAL AND REGIONAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZTIONS,AND TO PROVIDE SAFE , ON-SITE ENTERTAINMENT FOR MUSIC-ARTS FANS. IN JUNE 2016 ROOSTER WALK TOOK OVER THE OPERATIONS OF THE ARTISAN CAFE, WHICH PRODUCED CHARITABLE EVENTS AT RIVES THEATRE THROUGH BAND MUSIC EVENTS AND PAID FOR MUSIC PERFORMERS AND RELATED EXPENSES.
