THE INVICTUS INITIATIVE COORDINATED SKILLS AND RESOURCES OF VOLUNTEERS INTO VARIOUS COMMUNITY-DRIVEN INITIATIVES IN A TOTAL OF SIX COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD. MEASURING IMPACT OF PAST PROJECTS, ASSESSING LONG-TERM COMMUNITY NEEDS, AND WORKING WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO INITIATE SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED COMMUNITY NEEDS, THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPED RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND WAS ABLE TO EMPOWER AND TRANSFORM LIVES THROUGH SEVERAL INITIATIVES INCLUDING: WORKED ALONGSIDE TEACHERS IN SOUTHERN INDIA TO DEVELOP NEW WAYS TO EMPOWER THEM WITH THE RESOURCES NEEDED IN IDENTIFIED CURRICULUM PROGRAMMING FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION. CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP WITH A SLUM ORPHANAGE COMMUNITY WITH ONGOING DEVELOPMENT OF A GIRLS DORMITORY AND EDUCATION CENTER. WORKED ALONGSIDE THOSE AFFECTED BY THE 2015 7.8 EARTHQUAKE IN NEPAL, BUILT NEW RELATIONSHIPS, AND INITIATED SEVERAL COMMUNITY-DRIVEN PROJECTS IN THE AREAS OF ENGINEERING, BUSINESS, EDUCATION, AND HEALTH. CONTINUED OUR WORK WITH THE BHAKTAPUR WOMEN'S BUSINESS GROUP AND POTTERS CO-OP, ASSISTED THEM WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCALLY CREATED ENTREPRENEURIAL INITIATIVES. CONTINUED ASSISTANCE WITH NEPALI LEGAL GROUPS AND PARTNERSHIP WITH LEGAL GROUPS IN THE U.S. THAT ARE NOW COLLABORATING TO HELP IDENTIFY, FIND WAYS TO PROTECT AND SECURE THE RIGHTS OF NEPALI MIGRANT WORKERS. PROVIDED SUPPORT ON ONGOING EFFORTS WITHIN COMMUNITIES IN KENYA & ETHIOPIA TO CONTINUE EXISTING FOOD SECURITY INITIATIVES, SCHOOL CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, AND EDUCATIONAL SPONSORSHIP. WORKED WITH COLORADO ENGINEERING SCHOOLS TO CREATE DIESEL GAS TO SOLAR POWER WATER PUMP CONVERSION KITS THAT CAN AID OUR PARTNER COMMUNITY IN MOROCCO. DIRECTED THE SKILLS AND RESOURCES OF YOUNG ADULTS AND WORKING PROFESSIONALS IN AMERICA VIA OUR UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS AND INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN TRIPS CHANGING THEIR PERSPECTIVES ON THEIR IDENTITY AND PURPOSE IN THE PROCESS, AND MADE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.
