MIDDLE GRADES COLLABORATIVE IS PART OF A UNIQUE COLLABORATION OF COLLEGES PROVIDING ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ASPIRING AND PRACTICING TEACHERS OF 10-15 YEAR OLDS. SINCE 1991, THE MIDDLE GRADES COLLABORATIVE HAS OFFERED THE INSTITUTE, AIMED AT PROVIDING THIS SUPPORT AND, IN ADDITION, HELPING EDUCATORS EARN THEIR MIDDLE GRADES TEACHING ENDORSEMENT. ALTHOUGH MIDDLE GRADES COLLABORATIVE IS BASED IN VERMONT, BOTH VERMONTERS AND TEACHERS WELL BEYOND OUR STATE'S BORDERS HAVE FOUND THE INSTITUTE TO BE A MEANINGFUL AND IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
