MISSION STATEMENT: TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS SO ALL PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS AND EXERCISE CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN LIVES. THE CORPORATION WILL OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, EDUCATIONAL OR GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSES BY PROVIDING ADVOCACY, PEER RELATIONSHIPS AND ROLE MODELS, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING AND INFORMATION AND REFERRAL FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
