("LVPR") IS A FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION ("FCC") BROADCAST LICENSEE OF KIOF-LP 97.9 FM FOR THE LAS VEGAS, NEVADA COMMUNITY AND FCC CONSTRUCTION PERMITTEE OF KQQY 90.1 FM IN INDIAN SPRINGS, NEVADA. LVPR WAS ISSUED A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FROM THE FCC ON JUNE 9, 2022 TO BUILD A NEW 48,000 WATT FM RADIO STATION FOR KQQY 90.1 FM TO SERVE SOUTHERN NEVADA. SHORTLY AFTER THE FCC CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR KQQY 90.1 FM WAS AWARDED TO LVPR, LVPR VICE PRESIDENT, MR. ANDREW "ANDY" D. LAPORTA, A U.S. NAVY VETERAN BEGAN WORKING ON THE LOGISTICS TO BRING IN A NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) SAL TUZZOLINO WHO IS EXPECTED TO START ON JANUARY 1, 2023. ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2022, LVPR TURNED OFF THE KIOF-LP 97.9 FM TRANSMITTER FOR THE LAST TIME AND OBTAINED SILENT STATION STATUS FROM THE FCC DUE TO THE FAILED 2-TIER REGULATORY SYSTEM WHICH FAILED TO SERVE LVPR SO LVPR COULD RUN IT'S PUBLIC RADIO STATION ADEQUATELY AND SERVE LVPR LISTENERS WITH THEIR NEEDS. RE-DEFINING PUBLIC RADIO BY TAKING KIOF-LP 97.9 FM OFF THE AIR ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2022 AND PLACING IT INTO A TEMPORARY APPLICATION FOR PROVISIONAL COMMERCIAL USES (TAPCU) AT THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION ("FCC") ON DECEMBER 15, 2022. THIS IS DUE TO A FAILED REGULATORY SYSTEM THAT WORKS FOR XSELECT ORGANIZATIONS" BUILT ON LAYERS OF SOCIALISM AND COMMUNISM SINCE 1967 IDENTIFIED ON AMERICAN SOIL AS SEEN ON PAGES 201 AND 202 OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934 IN THE FOLLOWING SECTION: SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (C) OF THE SUMS APPROPRIATED PURSUANT TO SECTION 391 FOR ANY FISCAL YEAR, A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXPANSION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NONCOMMERCIAL RADIO BROADCAST STATION FACILITIES.
