THE MISSION OF BAXTER HALL PROPERTIES IS TO GIVE GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE ZETA CHI CHAPTER OF PI KAPPA ALPHA IN THE FOR OF MAINTAINING THEIR HOUSING SITUATION. WE SERVE AS A THIRD PARTY INTERMEDIARY BY ENTERING INTO RENTAL CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES LEASING FRATERNITY HOUSES WHILE ALSO ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE ZETA CHI CHAPTER. WE HAVE INCOME CONSISTING OF RENTAL REVENUE FROM THE CHAPTER AND DONATIONS TO GO TOWARD HOUSE MAINTENANCE, AND WE HAVE EXPENSES INCLUDING RENT EXPENSE PAYABLE TO THE RENTAL COMPANY THAT OWNS THE ZETA CHI CHAPTER'S CURRENT FRATERNITY HOUSE AND ANY ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP EXPENSES FOR THE HOUSE.
