(GRACHIE) IS AN ELECTRONIC HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE (HIE) THAT LINKS AU MEDICAL CENTER, INC., NAVICENT HEALTH, AFFILIATED PHYSICIANS, AND OTHER MEDICAL CARE PROVIDERS TO IMPROVE THE COORDINATION, TIMELINESS, AND SAFETY OF PATIENT CARE.THIS SECURE COMPUTER NETWORK PROVIDES ACCESS TO PATIENT INFORMATION INCLUDING LAB AND PATHOLOGY RESULTS, X-RAY, MRI, AND OTHER IMAGING REPORTS, MEDICATION AND IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, ALLERGY AND DRUG REACTION HISTORY, AND PHYSICIAN TRANSCRIPTION REPORTS.PATIENT BENEFITS INCLUDE IMPROVED SAFETY, CONVENIENCE, AND COLLABORATION AMONG PROVIDERS.
