WORLD AT EASE (WAE) HAS BEEN ORGANIZED TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING THE HEALING POWER OF YOGA AND MEDITATION TO THOSE AFFECTED BY EXTREME AND/OR CHRONIC STRESS AND TRAUMA. WAE TRAINS AND DEPLOYS CERTIFIED MIND-BODY PROFESSIONALS TO SETTINGS WHERE THEY CAN ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES.

WARRIORS AT EASE (WAE) PROVIDES THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE YOGA, MINDFULNESS, AND RESILIENCE TRAINING ON THE MARKET TO AID IN THE PREVENTION AND REHABILITATION OF PHYSICAL AND INVISIBLE INJURY SEEN IN THE MILITARY COMMUNITY. OUR ONLINE LEVEL 1 TRAINING AND IN-PERSON LEVEL 2 AND 1 & 2 COMBINATION TRAININGS PROVIDE TEACHERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH THE UNIQUE SET OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY IMPACT THIS POPULATION. THE WAE TEACHER NETWORK DISSEMINATES THESE TEACHINGS, TOOLS, SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE IN VAS, VET CENTERS, CLINICAL SETTINGS, WITH PARTNER NONPROFITS, MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, COMMUNITY STUDIOS AND MORE. OUR PROGRAMS CONTINUE TO ENSURE BOTH IMMEDIATE AND LONG TERM HEALTH, RESILIENCE, AND POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH FOR INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES SO THEY CAN TAKE BACK THEIR LIVES AND REDISCOVER A LIFE OF PURPOSE AND SERVICE.
