ATTENDEES CAN EARN CLE CREDITS. TOPICS COVER A WIDE RANGE FROM STATE/FEDERAL COOPERATION, PREEMPTION, MULTISTATE PROCEEDINGS, CONSUMER PROTECTION AND OTHER ISSUES.
