THE PROJECT'S OCCUPANCY RATE IN 2021 AND 2020 WAS 99.43% AND 97.22%, RESPECTIVELY.LSS INCOME-BASED SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES SERVE OLDER ADULTS (62+) WITH LIMITED OR RESTRICTED RESOURCES. THESE BEAUTIFUL, SOCIALLY VIBRANT COMMUNITIES FOSTER INTELLECTUAL, PHYSICAL, AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING BY SUPPORTING SENIORS WITH WELLNESS RESOURCES AND CONNECTING THEM WITH FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS.INCOME-BASED SENIOR LIVING IS CORE TO LUTHERAN SENIOR SERVICE'S CHRISTIAN MISSION.
