PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE ROOMS, AS WELL AS A HOSPICE CARE SUITE, ARE AVAILABLE FOR PATIENTS RECEIVING LONG-TERM NURSING CARE. DURING THEIR STAY, PATIENTS CAN UTILIZE REHABILITATION SERVICES AS WELL AS SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. A FULL-TIME CHAPLAIN IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
A SPECIALTY DEMENTIA-TRAINED STAFF LED BY A CERTIFIED DEMENTIA TRAINER EMPLOYS PRACTICES THAT NURTURE PERSON-CENTERED CARE AND FOSTERS A HOMELIKE ENVIRONMENT FOR MEMORY CARE PATIENTS. EARLY STAGE DEMENTIA NEEDS ARE MET THROUGH A DEMENTIA SPECIFIC LIVING AREA AT SPRING VALLEY CAMPUS. AS RESIDENTS PROGRESS AND NEED MORE CARE, THEY CAN MOVE TO ST. JAMES PLACE. ST.
