TALLGRASS CREEK PROVIDES SERVICES NEEDED BY SENIOR RESIDENTS, WHO RESIDE IN 723 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS, 28 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 44 SKILLED NURSING UNITS AND 28 MEMORY CARE UNITS. THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO OUR RESIDENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HOUSING, FOOD, MEDICAL, SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, RECREATIONAL AND PASTORAL ACTIVITIES.
