WORKS TO ENSURE ALL CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTHFUL SCHOOL MEALS AND NUTRITION EDUCATION BY PROVIDING MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS IN SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE WITH EDUCATION AND TRAINING. THE NUTRITIONAL INTERESTS OF ALL CHILDREN ARE REPRESENTED BY PROMOTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NUTRITION POLICY AND LEGISLATION THAT PROVIDES OPTIMAL NUTRITION AND NUTRITION EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN.
