THE FOUNDATION WILL HELP SUPPORT THE CENTER BY RAISING AND CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINING AN AMOUNT OF PRINCIPAL THAT CAN GENERATE ENOUGH INTEREST TO HELP FUND THE CENTER'S OPERATIONS AT THE REQUEST OF THE CENTER. THE FOUNDATION WILL UNDERTAKE THE PROCESS OF CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS. THE FOUNDATION WILL FURTHER HOLD AN ANNUAL DINNER GALA FOR FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION AND CENTER WHERE PROCEEDS FROM THE GALA WILL BE GRANTED TO THE CENTER. THE FOUNDATION PLANS TO EVENTUALLY CREATE A WEBSITE THAT WILL ACCEPT ON-LINE DONATIONS. THE FOUNDATION MAY DEVELOP AN ANNUAL FUND. MONEY RAISED BY THE FOUNDATION WILL BE GRANTED TO THE CENTER FROM TIME TO TIME TO HELP FUND ITS OPERATIONS.
