WE EQUIP AND EMPOWER WOMEN TRANSITIONING OUT OF INCARCERATION BY PROVIDING STABLE EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING, LIFE SKILLS, AND MENTORS TO WALK ALONGSIDE THEM. THROUGH THIS, WE INSPIRE HOPE, DISRUPT CYCLES OF INCARCERATION, AND RESTORE FAMILIES.

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: SHE BREWS PROVIDES AFFORDABLE, SAFE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING WITH STRUCTURED PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR WOMEN TRANSITIONING FROM INCARCERATION. WE SITUATIONALLY PROVIDE FAMILY HOUSING WHEN WOMEN ARE REUNITED WITH THEIR CHILDREN AND GRADUATE HOMES FOR WOMEN WITH CHILDREN WHO NEED EXTENDED SUPPORT. WE SERVE WOMEN COMING FROM ACROSS THE STATE IN TULSA AND CLAREMORE WITH THE CAPACITY TO SERVE APPROXIMATELY 60, AND OPERATE A MENS HOME IN CLAREMORE. EXPENSE INCLUDE BOTH OWNED AND RENTED TRANSITIONAL HOMES, SUPERVISING MANAGEMENT, IMPROVEMENTS, MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP AND OTHER TYPICAL EXPENSES OF HOME OWNERSHIP.


JOB TRAINING: OUR PROGRAM PROVIDES EXTENSIVE JOB TRAINING FOR THE FORMERLY INCARCERATED WOMEN WE SERVE THROUGH EMPLOYMENT AT OUR NON-PROFIT RETAIL COFFEE SHOPS, SHE BREWS COFFEE & ROASTERY. IN ADDITION TO OPERATING MULTIPLE RETAIL COFFEE LOCATIONS, SHE BREWS PROCURES OUR COFFEE BEANS FROM SOURCES ACROSS THE GLOBE AND ROASTS THE COFFEE BEANS IN HOUSE. WE ALSO OPERATE A WHOLESALE ROASTED COFFEE BEAN SALES FUNCTION AND SELL COFFEE BEANS ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. THIS PROVIDES MULTIPLE JOB TRACKS FOR THE WOMEN WE SERVE INCLUDING BARISTA, COFFEE ROASTING,SALES, SERVICE, ADMINISTRATION, ETC. EXPENSES INCLUDE STAFFING ALL LEVELS OF STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AND ALL OF THE OTHER RELATED EXPENSES FOR COST OF GOODS, RENT, SALARIES, MARKETING AND PROMOTION, ACCOUNTING, ETC.
